Warranty policy

We offer a five-year warranty against poor battery performance when used correctly and according to the instructions in the product manual. The warranty starts from the date of purchase by the user.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery properly according to the instructions in the manual.

We will assist you in analyzing the problem, fixing errors, restoring your battery, and recommend proven practices within 24 hours.

If our product is not functioning properly and the consumer supports us in conducting all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues, we will send a new battery for replacement. The defective battery must be returned to our warehouse with a prepaid label prepared by us and will be inspected and tested by our technical team.
